Tasting Notes
Don’t let that pale golden colour fool you – this is one bold brew! The simple malt bill carries just enough residual sweetness to counter the in-your-face bitterness of a classic West Coast style IPA. The combination of both new and old-school hops yields resinous pine and citrus character, but also a juicy dose of freshly cut ripe pineapple.
