BEEF DIP
Thinly-shaved roast beef, caramelized onions, provolone cheese on bannock with a side of jus for dipping. $18

CHEESESTEAK
Thinly-shaved roast beef, fried onions and bell peppers, provolone cheese on bannock. $16

SALISBURY STEAK
Braised beef patty and sauteed onion in a beef gravy sauce. Served open-faced on bannock. $16

NACHO PLATTER
Tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, DMC beer cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and salsa. $16
