OK, we admit it. We have a serious hop addiction here. We want all the hops. Every last one of them. We want to put all of them in a beer. We feel bad for the ones we don’t get to use. But sadly, we can only make so many beers… or CAN we?
Nothin’ But The Hops is an experimental IPA series, highlighting different IPA styles and unique blends of hops. We aren’t conforming to any norms here and there aren’t any rules. This is a hoppy mixtape from DMC to you – a healthy mix of the classics, rare B-sides, and all the new hotness.
With Volume 5, we throw back to classic West Coast style IPAs with old-school hops. This time we’re using Comet, Centennial, and Chinook hops from Manitoba’s own Prairie Mountain Hops to remind you of just why you fell in love with IPA in the first place so many years ago.
As a first for DMC, we’ve also teamed up with Winnipeg DJ Norman Breaks to bring you a free track from his brand new debut album. Look for the QR code on each can to unlock some super chill summer beats.

TASTING NOTES
Each entry in this series is going to be different, but each beer is designed to be a stage for these hops to strut their stuff.
This edition of NBTH uses some classic hops to achieve some classic profiles. Primary notes of grapefruit, pine, stone fruit, and other citrus are at the forefront while being supported by earthy, spicey, resinous qualities that round out the profile.
