OK, we admit it. We have a serious hop addiction here. We want all the hops. Every last one of them. We want to put all of them in a beer. We feel bad for the ones we don’t get to use. But sadly, we can only make so many beers… or CAN we?
Nothin’ But The Hops is an experimental IPA series, highlighting different IPA styles and unique blends of hops. We aren’t conforming to any norms here and there aren’t any rules. This is a hoppy mixtape from DMC to you – a healthy mix of the classics, rare B-sides, and all the new hotness.
Volume 4 is a Hazy IPA with that tastes like an island in the sun. It’s a juicy hop bomb with easy-drinking bitterness, as all good hazies should be. Pineapple is the bass line here, supplied in spades by Sultana and Bru-1 hops, with a healthy dose of Cashmere to round things out. The result is a sweet jam sesh of pineapple, stone fruit, melon, coconut, and spice that makes you forget you’re not on island time.

TASTING NOTES
Each entry in this series is going to be different, but each beer is designed to be a stage for these hops to strut their stuff.
The main note in Volume 4 is unabashedly pineapple – we chose two massive pineapple-bomb hops to contribute those notes. But dig a little deeper and you’ll notice notes of melon, stone fruit, pine, and even a little bit of coconut and spice.
