The hiss and the pop of the can opening followed by the sizzle of gentle carbonation gets you ready for the show. Layers of malt pile upon each other like instruments in an analogue studio session. Long has it been known that coffee and beer go together like Sam & Dave, but in typical DMC fashion this beer cranks that pairing up all the way to 11. We’ve taken inspiration from our soulful brown ale, bringing that complex malt character in as the background vocals and letting fresh, locally-roasted coffee strut its stuff around the stage. The result is a sweet harmony that needs to be tasted to be believed, and a spectacle truly worthy of its name.

TASTING NOTES
Smooth yet complex, Living In Arabica features a depth that can only be achieved by stacking malt on top of malt – building flavour in layers in support of the vibrant coffee used in the brewing process. This results in a profile rich with caramel and toffee notes in the background and a layer of fruity, nutty light-roast coffee at the forefront in a bold showcase of two crafts coming together.
